Medical Record Review: 
Medical records review is the cornerstone of the LNC practice.  The LNC's ability to review the medical records and analyze the content is essential to the foundation of any medical malpractice, personal injury, mass tort, catastrophic injury and/or any litiigation that includes a clients's medical records and care.

The review is performed using electronic medical records. The PDF format is used to bookmark pages in chronological order, underline and highlight essential information related to the case.  Also, "Hot Documents" of primary importance can be extracted from the medical record and forwarded to the attorney's office. The basic review provides the identification of pertinent dates, dates missing and other providers and potential issues.  Analysis is geared toward the type of legal case and the theory of the case and includes missing records and/or providers.  The analysis of the care provided is based on the reviewer's professional knowledge of standard of care, years of clinical and business experience.

Deposition Review and Comparison: 
If depositions are included with the medical records, then a comparison of the experts' and/or clients' depositions for consistency with the findings in the medical records and/or any issues which might surface will be perfomred, if so requested. 

Reports:  
The content of the report is based upon the criteria provided by the Attorney-Client.  The reports can include, but are not limited to: Memo Merit Review, Case Evaluation Review, Comprehensive Medical Chronologies, Provider Medical Chronologies, Pharmacology Chronologies, Deposition Review and Comparison and Fact Sheet completion.
